Area Maps & Street Data
If you want to do area maps and pull in the street data, we are charged by Google and Royal Mail so pass that fee on at:

Monthly Subscription
Although RoundControl is a monthly payment, if you don't deliver every month we will put you on a lower pricing tier. You can have as many users or distributors as you want - there's no extra charge.
Example
- • If you deliver to 10,000 properties every month, you'll be in the £41/month band.
- • But if it's every other month, you'll be in the Up to 5,000 properties' band, so £29/month.
Flexible scheduling: If your delivery schedule follows a different pattern, just let us know and we'll work out a fair rate for you.

If Royal Mail has assigned a postcode to a property, Round Control will pick it up. We can't tell if the house has anyone living there yet, so it's likely you'll have to tweak the numbers.
Routes can be split between distributors. You can divide a route into sections and assign each section to a different person, giving you full flexibility over how the work is shared.
Your subscription begins after your 30-day free trial ends. During the trial you'll have access to all features, so you can make sure RoundControl is right for you before committing.
Most distributors are already familiar with using their phones for navigation. RoundControl's app is simple and intuitive — it runs in the background and requires minimal interaction while they're on their route.

We provide a free onboarding demo to get you started, along with ongoing support via phone and email. We'll walk you through setting up your routes, schedules, and team so you're confident using the system.
No — you can have as many users and distributors as you need at no extra cost. There are no per-user fees or hidden charges.
In our experience, most distributors are comfortable with tracking as it provides proof of delivery and protects both them and the business. The tracking only runs while they're actively on a round.
